NYEMIKE OGBECHIE Is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Benin an Associate Member of the Association of Cost Management of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. He has over twelve years experience in Stock Broking and Investment Banking. He started his Stock Broking profession with Riv Securities & Investment Limited as a Dealing Clerk and Head of Stock Broking and Financial Services, Equator Finance & Securities Limited as Head of Capital Market, Foresight Securities & Investment Limited as Chief Operating Officer. And as Fund Manager IMB International Bank Plc.

Alhaji Jibril Ibrahim - Executive Director

He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and a Diploma in Arabic & Islamic Studies. He is an Associate Member Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), Associate Member Pension Institute of Nigeria. His Stockbroking experience is over 15 years; he rose from Clerical Officer to the Position of Marketing Manager in Newdevco Investments and Securities Ltd, Shelong Investment Ltd as Head, Marketing/Business Development from where he joined Resort Securities & Trust Ltd as an Executive Director

Mr Emmanuel Ugboh - Director

He holds a Bachelor of Science (honors) Degree in Economics, MBA Finance, Fellow of the Institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker. He has over 16 years experience in Investment Banking having served at Rims Merchant Bank as Head of Capital Market Unit, Pioneer General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Summa Guaranty & Trust Plc. MD/CEO IMB Mogan plc. He is currently the Managing Director DEAP Capital Management & Trust Plc.

Mr Anthony Ezeh - Director

He was a part of the turn-around Management team in IMB PLC between 1995 and 1997. he was responsible for share registration and letter became the registrar. He retired as the Divisional Director of Consumer Banking with responsibility for designing, marketing and managing various fund mobilization products of the Bank. He is currently the Managing Director of DVCF Oil & Gas Plc.

Mrs Victoria Alo - Director

She is a Professional Banker with over 25 years experience.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Degree in accounting, Masters Degree in Finance & Banking and a fellow of the Chartered institute of bankers. She retired as a Deputy General Manager in UBN PLC. She is presently the Managing Director of solid Investment Limited.

Mr Vincent Otiono - Director

He is an investment attorney and in that capacity has advised on offshore core investors to take up majority positions in the on going re-capitalization of major corporations. His firm Osammor Otiono & Co., of which he is managing partner, is active in capital market and duly registered with the securities and exchange commission for that purpose. The firm is also active in receivership and capital reconstructions. The firm recently served as the legal consultant to Drilling Dynamics Limited, Oil service company.

Arc. T.C. Awagu - Director

He is an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and the founding partner of Pyramids, a consulting firm. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), member of the Nigeria institute of management, the Nigerian institute of architects and Franco-Nigerian chamber of Commerce& Industry. He is on the Governing Council of IoD, NACCIMA, Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry & the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a member of the monitoring committee.
